We developed the BlackBox Kindon to make our machines Industry 4.0 ready. The BlackBox Kindon is developed on a SIEMENS IOT2000 gateway and has a resident MES to allow the analysis of several functionalities, such as:
- Real time monitoring of machine state, events, counters, etc.
- OEE, MTBF, MTTR analysis
- Energy supply monitoring (equipping the machine with proper metering devices)
- Digital archives of machine documentation
Possibility to integrate the machine with maintenance and production software (CRM, ERP, MRP)
In
remote users will get access to all production data measures in a
practical, easy and open way. Reports, tables and graphics will allow to
completely analize production, with the possibility to print and export
